Damn, I miss the water already. One of the things that gave me a lot of joy during last months trainings was the progression in the swimmingpool. It’s easy to make big steps if you aren’t good at something and you invest time in it. My swimming technique was poor so I noticed a lot of progression during every training. The Youtube tutorials and trainingsession worked! But okay, my shoulder prevents me from swimming for the next 6 weeks.

Something else that motivates a lot are training buddies! On Monday we ran approxiamtely 21k and that’s only fun when a dog is running on your side or a buddy. This week Sebas joined the pack and we made a nice round. Will upload some pics of next weeks training!
